THE CHURCH BOARD

Certain Elders, along with other church leaders, operate as the Church Board with decision-making powers over the executive leadership team, finances, and legal matters. In addition, the Board has legal accountability to the State of Texas as a 501 c(3) organization.

The UPPERROOM Dallas Church Board will be the spiritual covering and governing authority over each DFW Regional church campus (Frisco, etc.) However, each church campus will recognize and appoint its own Elders to pastor their campus congregants. In addition, beyond the DFW area, the Board is in collaboration with the UPPERROOM Global Board since UPPERROOM Global is the ministry focused on expanding God's fingerprints and supporting other ministries, and training them on what has been birthed in Dallas by Michael and Lorisa.
